Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription on LoftPG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the LoftPG platform, including students, instructors, affiliates, and job seekers.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use one subscription
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• One free trial per person - creating multiple accounts to access additional trials is prohibited

3. Subscriptions and Payments

LoftPG is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions begin after a free trial period and renew automatically unless canceled. All prices are in US dollars.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged at the end of your free trial and at the start of each billing cycle thereafter. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. You authorize LoftPG to charge your payment method on file for all amounts due.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days notice before a price change affects your account. Your continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Platform Access and Permitted Use

LoftPG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal exam preparation. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content in any form
• Share your account login with others
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Post, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoftPG platform - including lesson text, practice questions, graphics, user interface design, and brand assets - is owned by LOFT Professional Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any LoftPG content without prior written permission. Exam question formats are proprietary and may not be used to create competing products.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to LoftPG - such as instructor lessons, forum posts, or comments - you grant LoftPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. LoftPG reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

7. Job Board

The LoftPG Job Board connects licensed insurance professionals with employment opportunities. Job listings are provided for informational purposes only.

• LoftPG does not guarantee employment or interview opportunities
• We are not a staffing agency and do not represent employers or candidates
• Employers and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their postings
• LoftPG does not screen, verify, or endorse any employer listed on the job board
• You apply to listed positions at your own discretion and risk

8. Affiliate Program

Participation in the LoftPG Affiliate Program is subject to additional terms provided at enrollment. Key provisions include:

• Commissions are earned only on qualifying subscriptions - not trials
• Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or manipulation of tracking links will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings
• LoftPG reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days notice
• Affiliates may not make claims about LoftPG that are false or misleading
• Affiliates must disclose their relationship with LoftPG in any promotional content as required by applicable law

9. Disclaimers

LoftPG is an exam preparation service. We are not affiliated with any state insurance department, licensing authority, or official examination provider. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any licensing exam.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LOFT Professional Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. LoftPG may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LoftPG after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
