The short version: Cancel before day 7 of your free trial and you will not be charged anything. After your first paid month begins, refunds are reviewed case by case. We want every student to succeed and will always work with you if something goes wrong.
Student Program subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Instructor Portal subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial.
If you cancel your subscription before your trial period ends, your payment method will not be charged. You will retain access to your program until the trial period expires.
A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. This card will be charged automatically when your trial ends unless you cancel before that date. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your trial expires.
Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of our Terms of Service.
LoftPG subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you selected at checkout.
All prices are listed in US dollars. You will receive a receipt by email for every charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
When you cancel:
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. See the Refund Eligibility section below.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
You were charged after canceling, but cancellation did not process correctly due to a technical error on our end. You were charged twice for the same billing period. You experienced a significant, documented technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform. You are within the first 48 hours of your first paid charge and have not meaningfully used the platform.
You forgot to cancel before your trial ended. You began studying and then changed your mind. You passed your exam and no longer need the subscription. You purchased two programs and only used one. The exam was harder than expected. Partial month refunds are not available on monthly plans.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
Instructor Portal subscriptions follow the same cancellation and refund terms as Student Programs. If your Instructor Portal application is declined after your trial charge has processed, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5 business days.
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly based on confirmed, active subscriptions. Commissions are not paid on trials that do not convert to paid subscriptions.
If a student you referred is refunded, the corresponding commission payment will be deducted from your next payout.
